When people started asking if we would make a TPU  river tube, we decided we wanted to make the best TPU  river tube possible. We knew they would need to be able handle both whitewater and hard-core relaxation scenarios, and to do so, they would need two things: a comfortable design and a durable construction. We’ve all had enough of the vinyl tubes that pop easily and have to be thrown out or patched after a few uses. We took the same technology we use to hand craft our rafts and scaled it to the tubes. We started with a heavy-duty TPU 210D TPU 420D  and welded the seams, just like we would with any raft.
Our unique, diminishing  TPU river  tube provide maximum comfort to help you relax in style. Our traditional PVC tarpaulin river  tubes are still super comfy and, flipped upside down on shore, make a great table for that impromptu picnic. Each design comes in a 44” and 48” diameter to help you find the best fit/flotation ratio. River Rafts are hand crafted and built tough with quadruple reinforced seams. We make the main tubes with 2000 denier 1.2mm thick, high quality fabric. The bottoms are also made from heavy-duty 1.2mm thick material . we also add the extra 140mm width rubber strake at the bottom of the tubes. the heavy-duty D-rings, full length side rub strakes and handles bring special value to our River Rafts. New models also have removable drop stitch air floors for easy repairs or replacement. The unique self-bailing system gives you the chance to choose the best speed for optimum performance.
